Abstract Submission
Abstract submission has closed
The deadline for submission of abstracts is now closed.
You are advised to submit your abstract before that date in case there are problems with overload of the system.
Notification of acceptance will be sent out by 12 November 2010. Upon notification of acceptance, the presenting author must register for the conference immediately– if you fail to register by 30 November, your abstract will be deleted from the system.
All correspondence will be sent to the presenting author.
The Scientific Committee and other persons chosen for their particular expertise will assess the abstracts.
Scores for each submission will be discussed and the final decision relayed to the presenting author. If an abstract is not selected for oral presentation, a poster presentation may be offered instead.
Guidelines for preparing a poster will be sent if your abstract is accepted as a poster presentation.
There will be a prize for the best poster.
Abstracts will be printed in booklet form and will be available at the meeting.
